Raymond Issacs named honorary ambassador of the Watertown Commission on Disability
At last Tuesday’s Town Council meeting, the Council approved a proclamation naming Raymond Isaacs an honorary ambassador of the Watertown Commission on Disability at President-Elect Barack Obama’s inaugeration as the 44th president of the United States in Washington, DC tomorrow (01.20.09) morning!
